Our customer is a multinational company active in retail sector - FMCG.  The company is well known world-wide. The Czech company headquarters is located near Prague. Due to the recent acquisitions in the Czech Republic and also in CE region our client is looking for a high caliber manager to take over the role of

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR FOR CZECH AND SLOVAK REPUBLIC

Who will be reporting directly to GENERAL MANAGER AND CEO CE.

THE POSITION

Commercial Director CZ & SK will be responsible for an uncompromising fulfillment of the Business Conduct Policy in all aspects and through professional leadership is accountable for achieving/exceeding the financial expectations quarter-by quarter. Is responsible for P&L plans/promises, both in EUR and local currency, and accelerate the overall profitable growth. 
Fully deploys CRM tools in organization, and takes lead in creating business CRM strategy further development. Ensure successful implementation of business plans through effective allocation and development of necessary resources.

• Strong in leadership, motivation and mentoring of people
• Strong in communication within company, avoiding conflicts and managing critical situations
• Build the highest level of team effectiveness
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Reporting the business status to CEO on regularly basis
• Develop new opportunities on the market
• Inherent authority
• Creativity and innovation oriented
• Advanced level of English language is a must (written & spoken)

Work Experience and Past Assignment:

• At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in retail business or within similar industry
• Must have a good track record of managing and individual development of people 
• Leadership development based on established competency models 
• Compensation and recognition in cooperation with HR
• Experience in working and implementation on international business projects
• Participate in contractual negotiations, terms and changes
• Build relationships with customers
• Negotiate contractual terms and changes
